  • All wood used on this barnwood nightstand is 100% reclaimed solid oak barnwood from felled barns sourced throughout the Northeastern United States.
  • All reclaimed barnwood is thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to cutting. In addition, any embedded nails are removed.
  • A kiln drying process exterminates any insects which may have lingered. This critical drying process also brings down the moisture content to 6-8% which minimizes shrinking, cracking and warping in the dresser throughout its lifetime.
  • A low-sheen, catalyzed conversion varnish is used on this bedroom nightstand. The catalyzed varnish resists scratches, water stains and heat damage. It is also quite easy to clean.
