  • corner blocking reinforced with metal screws and glue firmly secure corner areas
  • All wood is 100% reclaimed solid oak barnwood from felled barns coming from the Northeastern United States.

    All reclaimed barnwood is thoroughly cleaned and dried. In addition, any embedded nails are removed.

    A kiln drying process exterminates any insects which may have lingered. This critical drying process also lessens the moisture content to 6-8% which is essential in furniture making to minimize shrinking, cracking and warping in the wine server throughout its lifetime.

    A low-sheen, catalyzed conversion varnish is used on this barnwood wine server. This protective varnish resists scratches, water stains and heat damage. It is also ultra easy to clean.
