The Valencia Barn Wood Bench Seat is offered in 5 different lengths including 48", 60", 72", 84" and 96". The different lengths are designed to fit varying lengths of the Valencia Barnwood Dining Table.

The Acacia Barnwood Extend-A-Bench is also available with an optional number of leaves should you need a bench that is extendable.

Filled Or Open Knot Holes

As with all reclaimed barn wood furniture, you will see occasional knot or nail holes. You have the option to fill these holes in the bench seat with a clear epoxy or leave as is. Filling the holes with the clear epoxy creates a nice smooth surface on the seat. Leaving the holes exposed enhances the rustic nature of the piece. It's your choice.

Only high quality methods are used in the making of the Valencia Barnwood Dining Bench.

  • Mortise and tenon joinery locks all critical joints together
  • Corner blocking reinforced with metal screws and glue firmly secure the legs and bench seat together
  • Made from solid reclaimed oak barnwood from felled barns sourced throughout Ohio and the Northeast.
  • All our reclaimed lumber undergoes a thorough cleaning and drying process including removing all embedded nails and kiln drying to exterminate any insects and their eggs which may have been hiding in the old wood. Kiln drying also brings down the moisture content to roughly 7% which minimizes shrinking, cracking and warping later on.

    • A smooth, protective catalyzed varnish with low sheen finish seals and protects the bench. This helps to make it a lasting heirloom piece for many years to come.
