About Our Catalyzed Varnish

A low-sheen, catalyzed conversion varnish is used on this tv stand as on all of our furniture. It is a topcoat used for ultimate durability. Specifically, a hardening agent is added to the lacquer to provide the additional durability. The catalyzed varnish provides the ultimate long lasting finish that is resistant to scratches, water stains and heat damage. It is easy to clean and stays looking great for a long, long time.

About The Construction

Left and right sides of this tv stand are made of 3/4" premium solid hardwood boards, glued and pressed together with the direction of the wood grain alternating. This is typical of quality furniture and provides added strength and stability to resist cracking and warping over time. Solid slab hardwood sides optional. Choose your wood species below.

Backing is made from one thin layer of the premium hardwood species of your choosing. All other parts made from solid slab premium hardwood.

• Built by one of our most trusted Amish crafters in Holmes County Ohio.
• Dovetail corners and smooth black full extension ball bearing slides standard in all drawers.
• Mortise and tennon construction on all doors.
• Fully adjustable drawer dividers included in all media drawers.
• All media cord access holes in the appropriate places. Adjustable shelves in those sections are kept 1" short from the back to keep cord hole accessible from each area.
• Top quality drawer slides, hinges, catches, pulls and knobs from best quality manufacturers including Fulterer, Amerock, Saliche and more.
• Magnetic catches keep doors closed. Doors with no hardware have an added touch release magnet (applies to inset doors only).
• Customization available on this TV stand! All sizing, door/drawer configurations and hardware can be customized to your liking!
• Optional charging dock may be added to any drawer. Hide cords while charging your electronic devices.
