Various Bench Seat Lengths

The Denali Barn Wood Bench Seat is offered in 5 different lengths including 46", 58", 70", 82" and 94". The different lengths are designed to fit varying lengths of the Denali Barnwood Dining Table.

  • 46" long Bench fits under 60" Solid Top Table and 54" and 60" Extendable Top Tables
  • 58" long Bench fits with 60" Solid Top Table and both 60" and 66" Extendable Tables without tucking underneath. Fits under 72" Solid Top Table and completely tucks under.
  • 70" long Bench fits with 72" Solid Top and 72" Extendable Top Tables without tucking underneath. Fits under 84" Solid Top Table and completely tucks under.
  • 82" long Bench fits with 84" Solid Top Table without tucking underneath. Fits under 96" Solid Top Table and tables extended at least 96" and completely tucks under.
  • 94" long Bench fits with 96" Solid Top Table without tucking underneath. Tucks under all tables extended at least 104" and wider.

The Acacia Barnwood Extend-A-Bench is also available with an optional number of leaves should you need a bench that is extendable.

Filled Or Open Knot Holes

As with all reclaimed barn wood furniture, you will see occasional knot or nail holes. You have the option to fill these holes in the bench seat with a clear epoxy or leave as is. Filling the holes with the clear epoxy creates a nice smooth surface on the seat.

Quality Solid Wood Craftsmanship

Only high quality methods are used in the making of the Denali Barnwood Dining Bench.

  • Mortise and tenon joinery locks all critical joints together
  • Corner blocking reinforced with metal screws and glue firmly secure the legs and bench seat together
  • Made from solid reclaimed oak barnwood from felled barns sourced throughout Ohio and the Northeast.
  • All reclaimed lumber undergoes a thorough cleaning and drying process including removing all embedded nails and kiln drying to exterminate any creatures and their eggs which may have been hiding in the old wood. Kiln drying also brings down the moisture content to roughly 7% which minimizes shrinking, cracking and warping later on.
  • A smooth, protective catalyzed varnish with low sheen finish seals and protects the bench. This helps to make it a lasting heirloom piece for many years to come.
