Even with the growing popularity of buffets and servers, the hutch is a furniture piece that has remained a mainstay in the dining room. The reason is there is no better way to showcase your dining and entertaining treasures than to display them in a hutch top.

You will love the fine quality workmanship and solid oak barnwood of the Denali Hutch. The wood has been salvaged from an old barn near Ohio, in the Northeastern United States and carefully cleaned and kiln dried in preparation for use in the hutch. The quality craftsmanship used in the making of this furniture piece is further unmatched with mortise and tenon joinery and dovetail drawers. Each part has been carefully crafted then assembled to create a piece that will last many generations to come.

Tempered glass doors allow you to show off your dinner ware treasures from fine crystal to arts and crafts style pottery and accents. There's no sense in hiding them a way in a cupboard when they can serve a purpose as a soothing display of fine art in your dining room.

All wood used on this barnwood hutch is 100% reclaimed solid oak barnwood from felled barns coming from the Northeastern United States.

All reclaimed barnwood is thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to cutting. In addition, any embedded nails are removed.

A kiln drying process exterminates any insects which may have lingered. This critical drying process also lessens the moisture content to 6-8% which is essential in furniture making to minimize shrinking, cracking and warping in the hutch over its lifetime.

A low-sheen, catalyzed conversion varnish is used on this barnwood hutch. This protective varnish resists scratches, water stains and heat damage. It is also ultra easy to clean.
